Annual General Meeting


ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, SATURDAY,NOVEMBER 15th, 2008

Regretfully, the venue for the AGM has had to be changed. The facilities on HMS Belfast proved to be twice the cost of those at the last AGM we held there in 2005,and so we have had no option but to find a venue elsewhere. The meeting will now take place in the Gascoigne Room at the Union Jack Club, Sandell Street, SE1 8UJ. It is an excellent venue and we are able to charge our normal price to members, of £15 per person.

Sandell Street is across the road from Waterloo Station and the Union Jack Club is situated on the right hand side of the road.

The programme is as follows:-

Coffee 1100 - 1150
AGM 1200 - 1245
Lunch 1245 - 1330
DVD 1330 - 1430
Book Launch 1430 - 1530

Norma Hudson will present her biography of her father, Norman Walton, sole survivor of the Neptune disaster.

We will have to leave the premises by 1600.
